Sell Members Area in a Store

On my client's site I created a Member's Area for a masterclass she recorded. She also sells books and clothing under a store. What would be the best way to "add" the Member's Area to the store? Some of the clothing is branded after the masterclass so she'd like to have folks see both the clothing and the masterclass together to purchase as an option. 

I thought about adding it as a digital product but then the account wouldn't be created when they "bought" the digital product like it is when they Sign up for the Member's Area.

I don't see an option to simply add the Member's Area to the Store as a product.
