Problems with Commento

I have taken an account with the service Commento in order to be able to embed Commento on pages that are not blog pages for the purpose of having a comments section. When I embed the code from Commento into the page, it displays a message "Domain not registered." But the domain is, indeed, registered with Commento. Has anyone else had this problem? I have reached out to Commento but the support phone number listed is disconnected, and there has not yet been an answer to my email to support. Thank you for any help you can offer.
