7.1 Promotional Pop Up - Input fields

For our website we are using the marketing promotional pop up and want to add additional input fields, I included a screenshot of what it looks like and then a second screenshot of what we are looking for. We want the user to input their first/last name, email address and a checkbox of how they heard about us. Is this possible? @tuanphan @bangank36

No. 

Using pop-ups requires a delicate juggling act, so Squarespace designed the promotional pop-up to be "non-intrusive". It allows you to collect contact information, without driving potential customers away or negatively affecting your site's SEO.

Some workarounds include:

• capture their email address using the newsletter option (as you pictured) and then send them an automated email to collect further information.
• Use the button option instead of the newsletter option and send them to a page containing your sign-up form.
