DestinyMakes Posted July 26, 2022 Share Posted July 26, 2022 Hello! I've referenced this article but am still having issues where my customers are unable to access files past 24 hours. Clicking the link has not been prompting a new email for them, so I've been having to manually do this. I had updated the file 4 days prior but even customers who have purchased after the update date are having issues accessing them. I'm not sure if this is a bug or something on my part, but let me know if anyone else is experiencing this and what's worked for you! Thanks, Destiny Link to comment

He clicks the link for a new email and doesn't receive one. It throws him a 403 error. I've had to manually send a new refreshed link from the orders page. Link to comment
