Feedback on Form Submission Emails in Greek

Has something changed recently that identifies a Greek font in form title fields as special characters? Up until 4 months ago the form title fields were legible in the submission emails.

I currently have 5 Greek and Cypriot customers using forms (and Greek fonts) on their sites. I already checked another site of a Greek client of mine and it has the same issue, the problem being that the form title fields are illegible like below:

"ΟΝΟΜΑΤΕΠΩΝΥΜΟ:"

The Squarespace customer service suggested redoing the forms using a third party service...

Any suggestions?

I recommend you follow up with Customer Care and ask them to escalate this for you.
