text Bold not showing up/loading on Squarespace 7.0 Brine site

I have made the text "Barbarina" and "Susanna" bold in Squarespace, but it's not loading on the live site. Does anyone know what's going on? Sometimes I refresh the page and it shows up, other times it doesn't. 

The "computed style" in the chrome development console is showing up correct, but the font with font-weight: 800 shows up as 400 in appearance. This is occurring with several different chosen fonts.
