@Alanmj If you are having difficulty submitting a support ticket:

  1. Go to Contact Us using an incognito or private browser window
  2. If prompted click the button 'I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT'.
  3. Choose the option(s) that most closely matches your situation

When they refer to email, they are referring to the form that you complete online. They will then email you back. Have you tried the steps I suggested above?
