picture resize and position on mobile - need help fix

viewing on web browser on Mac = picture size is fine and position is correct.

Problem need help fix: 

When I view on mobile phone:

1) the picture size of me (portrait) is wrong (tried fixing to have width 80% for mobile friendly but doesn't to work) - current sitting is set to "Fit"

 -     #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1654804293792_13978.sqs-block-image {width:80%; margin:auto;}. ----> still not working

2) how can I open page on mobile phone and show "About" then "my portrait" then "logo company" then "text...."

Currently the it is "About" then "text" then "Small portrait of me" then "logo"

Note: I love the logo size on mobile viewing - just need to fix position.

you want the position rearrange by 

your picture

logo 

then 

text

You can edit page > Click Mobile icon on top right > Then you can adjust elements on mobile only. This won't affect desktop.
