Changing colours and link on cart page

I'd like to make the background of my cart page white but I can't find where to edit in the Styles panel https://www.nicolaomara.com/cart

Also, is it possible to change the link on the site logo on the checkout page (my site has a welcome page and the page I'd like to link to is https://www.nicolaomara.com/home)
