Reduce Footer Height on Mobile

Hi, I am having trouble with the customization of my footer:

1. I want to reduce the height of the footer in the MOBILE version, for it to match my customized screen version.

2. I want the footer (in both screen and mobile versions) to have cero margin with the bottom of the page

In the attachments, I want to reduce the areas marked with green and eliminate the areas marked with red.
