Smooth Scrolling

Trying to do a single page with smooth scrolling when clicking the main navigation links.
I tried using both <a name> and <div id>, and I can jump from section to section with both.
However, no matter what I do, it just changes to it, instantly. I searched online and I added some code into the custom CSS, but it still won't work.

Smooth Scroll line Added:

html {scroll-behavior: smooth;}

I viewed your website and attempted to recreate the issue. Your site appears to be behaving the way you intended, I can glide to each section with no issues. Were you able to solve this problem?

It does not scroll smoothly for me. It just jumps from one section to the next.

What browser are you viewing on? Have you attempted to view the website on another browser? I was on Firefox but will test on Safari and Chroma now.

Hmm... seems to glide smoothly on Safari, Chrome, and Mozilla for me.
