No Response from Customer Support

Hello!

I’ve been trying to transfer a third-party domain into Squarespace for five weeks and need support because there continues to be an error stating the Authorization code is invalid, but it is not. I copied and pasted it, then entered it. And the code is updated. 
 

I was working on this issue with a Squarespace representative, Hannah, but then Hannah didn’t respond to my reply to her last troubleshooting message (about a week ago). I have tried to contact Hannah and customer support by email and through their contact form. What’s odd is that I’m not even receiving an automated response. 

I’ve checked my spam folder; nothing there. I tried Messenger (which pointed me back to email).

Squarespace charged me twice for the domain transfer, there remains an issue with the transfers, and now I can’t get in touch with customer service.

Any help that anyone can share would be appreciated.

The forum community would love to help but we are unable to help you with this. I recommend you try to reach out to Customer Care via the live chat service as this is currently open.

To do this, go to Contact Us. If prompted click the button 'I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT'.

Choose the option(s) that most closely matches your situation then scroll down to 'LIVE CHAT'.

Thank you, Paul. Unfortunately, there is no “Live Chat” option on the “Contact Customer Support” page no matter the topic issue I choose. 

Since I have sent multiple emails, completed multiple forms with Squarespace, contacted them on Messenger (which sent me back to email), do you suggest another way to have Squarespace support respond. I have a paid site and another domain with Squarespace, so I’m concerned at the lack of response.

You should receive an automated initial response within a couple of minutes so if you are not receiving one, I recommend that you try another email address. They may have been trying to contact you.
