Site not showing up without www on domain address

When the domain is typed in without the www the site isn't showing up. Not sure if the code is incorrect. Or if this is done in another way on squarespace. But the below isn't working. 

ddmorganizing.com -> www.ddmorganizing.com 301

Your site is not an Squarespace site so I don't see how we can help you as this is a SS forum.

The last line of your post appears to possibly be SS URL Mappings syntax except SS only supports internal links, not domain mapping in the UM feature.
