how to resize a video that is a custom code already / mobile issue only

Hi,

I tried myself before posting here, after reading others feeds how to resize a video becuase mine is cropped too. However im not succesfull. Could someone pls help me, how to resize my little video issue? Its also causing the site to float to the right.

I have tried this but it didnt work. Also i tried in pages > add code direct to put another code. But it didnt work neither.

and also i have researched for a simliar issue, that i couldnt solve yet.

Its the red png that is very big on mobile version. How can i reduce that picture? on deskotp that is fine.
