Code to make emojis on desktop stay the same for mobile?

The emojis I'm using are from this site: https://www.emojiall.com/en, but when my site is viewed on mobile, the emojis change to a different format, regardless of browser. Is it possible for custom CSS to keep the mobile view of the emojis the same as the desktop version? Not sure if it's because of the emoji formatting.
