Search Function Not working

Hi all.  The search feature on my website doesn't work and I've been told by tech support the reason is due to the fact that I use shopify (embed buy button) on my site.  Checking if anyone has any thoughts on this or how to get it to work?

For now I've just disabled the search feature using a code posted on this forum:

display: none!important;
}
