Display different image on desktop and mobile versions.

Hi!  I am looking to have an image look one way on the desktop version (attached version with a right arrow) and a different way on the mobile version (attached version with a down arrow). 

TIA for any help you can offer!  

 

Can you share link to page where we can see first image? I don't see it on homepage
