How would I go about upload css file in squarespace?.   When I use to run my website in wordpress I was able to upload this same css to file manager?.

SS is very different from WP. SS doesn't have a file manager backend or any kind of backend access really.

For the most part CSS goes in Design > Custom CSS, Page Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection, or code blocks. There is a trick for uploading files via a Link page but you can't use that trick until the site is on a paid plan.

I usually add a Link Item on Not Linked > Then Click Gear icon > File > Upload CSS file > Then Remove Link item from Not Linked. (remove link item will not delete the file)

Tried the above method.  Thats a no go.  or maybe I am doing it wrong.

Can you take a quick video when you do above method?

Note that uploading css doesn't mean everything. For CSS to work, you need to declare it too with @import or <link rel..
