How to create a header with element in column on the left side of screen for desktop only

I would like to move the header that is with Squarespace 7.1 at the top of the screen to the left side of the screen. To do so we need to rearrange the elements in column and not side to side and this is where I am blocking. Ideally, I would love to be able to control the space between the elements (logo, navigation links, and social links), and have the elements all centered in the middle of the header space.

I tried to do a mock-up of what I would like based on what I currently have in the pictures. The change would be only for the desktop version of the website, for mobile I would like to keep the default burger menu.
