How to have the site title with different fonts sizes in the header?

Hello.
Im setting up a new site. Is it possible to have the site tile in the header with different font sizes and color?

i would like to have the word CERAMICS smaller and in another color. 

I have looked up for the forum of similar threads, tried out some css. but couldn't find a solution. I have thought about just adding a PNG but on another site the color of my site it will have another color change. So i thought maybe changing via code is more sleek?
