Embedding looping videos on grids

Hello there!

Embedded video codes on a grid gallery are not working on my homepage.

I'm using instead a couple of gif images: for PIC and IBM works, which are considerably heavier compared to using some looping video bits from Vimeo. (please see attached)

Any help or tip on this would be very appreciated.  To check if everything is ok, I could also share the embedding code I'm using that makes the Vimeo videos loop as gifs.
