RMHMS2011
Hello! MY wife and I run a teaching pottery studio and we've realized that we're spending way too much time on the phone registering people for our monthly classes and workshops. The workshops are pretty straightforward, the number of seats stays the same usually, just the dates that change. For our monthly 4 week classes, the number of available seats changes from month to month depending on how many return. I'm curious if the Scheduler is the best way to go for us or should we just sell a seat in a class as an individual item. What are your thoughts? Thanks a bunch! Link to comment

I recommend you try creating some classes using 'service' products in Squarespace commerce first and then see if you are missing any features. You can then decide if you need to upgrade to Scheduling. Scheduling offers some advanced options but you may not need them. For example, different payment options, calendar sync, virtual sessions (Zoom and Google Meet) and so on. About: Squarespace Circle Leader since 2017. holly.k.harmon
I did a site for a client that offers a pretty robust selection of pottery classes. I did just what is suggested by Paul2009, they are set up as services. She now manages it herself. It's not totally seamless, but it works well for her.
