Accordion Menu — Eliminate Extra Padding on Mobile

Hi there, 

I am using an accordion menu on my site but it's loading with a LOT of extra padding on the bottom in mobile. Screen grab attached. Can someone help me out with a snippet that will decrease this padding on mobile? It looks good on desktop.

I am working with the fluid engine editor — I did try to go into the mobile view and decrease the row count, but it won't let me.

I was actually able to resolve this problem but stumbled upon an issue with my footer. Can you take a look at this instead? The image in my footer is overlaying my header on mobile. It only shows this way when viewing on a mobile device (not when shrinking desktop down).

Any tips or CSS to resolve? Thank you in advance!
