Can I Include a Small Image to a Cover Page in 7.0? (Wexley Template)

Hello!

So, I've got a nice cover page aesthetic for my home page on my new site - but I want to add an image to it. Not a massive image that becomes the entire background, just a small selfie in the middle of the page between the tag-line and the action buttons. 

Is this possible?

If so, how?
