Anchor links work only as a one time click

Hi,

you probably may not be able to click on my personal page as this is still a config page.  Thats why i pasted a video capture from squarespace, as they redirected me here to this forum. You can see the just one time click behavior. The code wasnt done by me. Its a template i purchased here:

It behaves sleek with every click and goes to the same anchor link even after a scrolling.

However i recently noticed that my anchor links work only one time per page. Scrolling and clicking the same anchor will not call the anchor. 
And i hope this may be occuring because im still on a config page yet and not live maybe?

Appreciate any help!

Could you try putting the full URL for your live site into the link? So starting with https://...

but this is private i guess as it is a config page and not live. that is why i pasted the site url record from squarespace. 

Hi @LonniWong sorry I wasn't clear. I meant in the link editor where you currently have 

/home#process

try replacing that with the full link

https://leopard-owl-xw5g.squarespace.com/home#process

and then swap to your live full link when you make the site live.

just now a squarespace message from another support reached me. and he suggested to test using site-wide password to see inkognito whats happening. It is actually now showing the correct behavior of multiple clicks after a scrolling.
