Adding links in header for infinite scroll

Recommended Posts

I created a website where all contents/sections display on a single page. I then added links to each section with the hope that users can click a link and it moves them to the relevant section of the page.

I have found that unfortunately I can only add “buttons” that link to the sections instead of including links in the header of Squarespace. Is there a way to add links or multiple buttons within the header? I have 5 sections in total I need to link to.

Thanks

Have you tried using the Link navigator and adding the section id/ block id to set the anchor link to them?

Thanks for your help, that did work! Two additional questions if you don't mind:

1) Even though I inserted custom code at the top of each section, the page seems to scroll down to a spot a bit further than where I placed the code. Do you know why that is?

2) In the header I do see my links to each section, but is it possible to remove the main link associated with the page itself? What code would I have to write for that?
