Clickable Folder Achieved - but need full menu to show on mobile view

Hi Good Folks,

I have a website I am working on above.  P/W: NCSdataman

I am using clickable folders with nav menu anchor points on each page.  This all works well on desktop, and I have managed to work it so when you click on the menu item on mobile it does take you to the folder landing page, however, I need the link titles to show on the mobile menu so a customer can jump straight to the section he/she requires rather than having to scroll each page and not be aware of what is on the site.  Is this possible?  A rough drawing of what I need it to look like is this ....
