One page horizontal scroll?

Hello everyone! I am trying to find a template, or a way to create a one page horizontal scroll site with anchors, but besides the "squarekicker" which I think is not what I am looking for, I can't find anything else. What I am aiming for is this https://polygondesign.com.au/ If you have any idea on how someone could recreate something like this, I would really appreciate your ideas and comments.

The closest I can think of is Momentum. It scrolls horizontally when the arrows  are selected, not sure if we could duplicate the exact scroll of the Wordpress site you posted the link too..

Hello Derrick! Thank you for the reply. I have seen momentum and ishimoto templates and it's not what I am looking for. Mainly 'cause of the arrow scroll and because I believe I can only display images and and not make it interactive like the website I gave as an example. Thank you for your reply regardless! 

The site posted is custom made by ED.studio using Wordpress as the base It is hosted on Cloudflare.  I suspect it was an expensive site to build considering the scroll is also a menu.
