I have used the contact form at https://www.squarespace.com/enterprise but have not had a response. Ideally would like to speak to someone who represents the Australia market but will speak to anyone who can assist. Link to comment

The so called chat box doesn’t show up and the customer support section doesn’t show a way to send my request. And the email link is no longer in use. I am basically frozen out of asking any questions. Link to comment
