Can I create a third party subdomain for a single page?

Currently building this site, will eventually transfer over existing third party domain. 

I would like to set up a third party subdomain which just one of the landing pages (/jack-green) will live on.

For example, the whole site will run under www.example.com and that one page will be jackgreen.example.com

Is there a way to do this with a third party sub domain?

Yes if your subdomain provider allows domain forwarding to specific urls, like to mysquarespacedomain.com/jackgreen.  It is not possible to directly connect a third party sub domain to your site  and direct it to a particular page. GoDaddy offers this service;

On this same topic (and I think your comment above answers this but would love confirmation,) @derricksrandomviews, is it possible to create a subdomain in a 3rd party DNS something like 

store.randomurl.com

and then build a Squarespace store that would then point to the subdomain? 

Basically the main site randomurl.com would be totally built separately/non-Squarespace but the store.randomurl.com would be SS. 

Feels like based on your answer above this is a no-go but hoping I am wrong! 🤞

Yes. You can build a separate Squarespace website/store on a subdomain.

wow okay amazing! so even if maindomain.com is totally built separately non-Squarespace, I could build a Squarespace store for a store.maindomain.com.
