Can clients see appointments on the app that you scheduled for them

Recommended Posts

I am getting started with acuity for my piano studio.  I am using classes only and 5 students can sign up each class at a time!

I manually scheduled all my summer times for my students.  I am wondering if it is possible for parents to use the app to see appointments I have already made for them.

Thanks!

If you scheduled appointments on behalf of clients, they should receive an email notification for each appointment, unless you select Schedule, but don’t send confirmation email.

Clients can reschedule, and cancel appointments on their own using the link in the confirmation email but they cannot view these existing appointments in a central Acuity/Squarespace Scheduling calendar - they must add them to their own calendar and view them there.
