Code for customers for customers to put post/zip code & auto link to directions on Google Maps

Hi

I want customers to be able to input their post/zip code and click a button to 'Get Directions' like in the link above. It would take them to Google maps where the directions is auto inputted for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@notabenehealth don't know the code but one way is to use Advanced Map plugin with Universal Filter to create a map that has the function to search for address, city, zip code, etc.
