Hi,

I am using Summary blocks in carousel and pulling in products from Shop. There is an inconsistency in the formatting. For some, the arrows that operate the carousel are falling off the page. The design is completely the same, the only difference is the product that’s being pulled in.

See attached screen grabs for reference. The “normal” carousel is yellow. The one with the arrow off the screen is purple (frame 1 - what it looks like on the screen, where you can’t see the arrow, and frame 2 - when I scroll off screen to the right to show the arrow).

The same issue is happening on this page as well - https://vuvuzela-pug-95je.squarespace.com/config/pages

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot on my own for a while, but I can’t figure it out. Can someone pls look into this for me? Thank you so much!

@tuanphan The PW was correct but there was something wrong with the URLs. These are the correct ones.

I see that the carousels are looking right on a 13" macbook air. The formatting issue was happening on smaller screens - iPad and smaller macbook. So i guess it is a bug rather than a formatting issue.

This appears to have been a bug with Summary Block carousels and I found that it continued to affect carousels that were added during that time. I experienced this on several Squarespace sites and was able to resolve it by deleting the affected Summary Block and then adding a new one with the same settings.

Try this and see if it works for you. If it doesn't, please report the issue to Squarespace Customer Care so that they can investigate.

Please let us know how you get on.

@paul2009 Thanks for the info. I went to rebuild the carousels where the arrows were falling off, and I found the same problem was persisting. So then I limited the # of items in the carousel (18 was the magic number) and it solved it. On other carousels, the # of items could go to the max without the arrows falling off. So odd.

It's workable but there is definitely a glitch. So I'll open a ticket anyway.

Thank you again for confirming I wasn't going mad!
