Replicating a split-screen view in 7.1 with Map

Hello everyone, does anyone know how to make a split layout with a map on one side and content on the other like the one shown here:
AWAYN – AI Driven Lifestyle And Travel Guide For Immersive, Interactive And Local Adventures

Notice when you scroll through the content on the left side of the page, it moves the map (on the right) to the respective location. It even connects it with a line.

If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.  Thank you.

This is really neat! Thanks for sharing. Achieving something like this would take some custom coding and need to use Javascript. The code for this isn't as simple as it may seem so you might want to look into hiring a developer to help you. If you're familiar with coding, I'd be more than happy to give some pointers or suggestions.
