How to Transfer my Domain

I'm not sure what other forum to ask this question in but I bought my domain through GoDaddy and switched it over to Squarespace almost 3 years ago. I am now switching online store providers and need my Domain to be transferred out of Squarepace. When I click the transfer domain in settings, this pop-up shows up but there's no option to select, it's just blank. I've tried multiple browser types on different computers but it still doesn't show. Any ideas or direction?
