HaloHealth
Hello, On my website, our members pay a quarterly subscription fee. Some customers were offered a free trial. After one member's free trial, he canceled his paid membership and maintained his free membership (which includes less features than the paid). He now wants to rejoin the full paid membership. How do I instruct him about doing this so that he does not have to start from scratch? We have all of his information saved from when he initially signed up. Thanks in advance! Link to comment

They can click the sign-up button to join the member area but when the 'Join' popup appears, they should click the "Already have an account? Sign in" link instead of adding their details manually. When they log in, are there account settings where they have an option to reactivate their paid membership? Link to comment
paul2009
A cancelled membership cannot be "reactivated". The member can use the same account, but they will need to start a start a new subscription for the paid membership. They can do this by clicking the 'Join' button that you've published to allow new members to start a paid membership. As you haven't provided us with a link to the site, I'm unable to take a look or be more specific. Was this post helpful? They still have an active account, its just for the free version. My question is how they would go about re-establishing their paid subscription Link to comment

They must start a new subscription in exactly the same way as new subscribers. I couldn't see a public sign-up block where they can do this.
