Add Hover Text to Radio Button Options on Lightbox Form

OK, so I'm not sure if this is achievable as it's required for each radio button option, but due to the fact the site has already been communicated with the wedding guests, I don't want to change the layout. I have a lightbox form which is opened via a button located above the menu choices (see linked page), and have found some users haven't read the menu before clicking the button and so don't know what the choices are when already in the form!

Is there a way to add hover text to each item of the 'Menu Choice (Person 1)' and 'Menu Choice (Person 2)' radio button fields which shows the basics of that menu, i.e. for Carnivore it would be 'Salmon/Beef/Apple', for No Fish it would be 'Arancini/Beef/Apple' etc.

My initial thought was to add a label to remind the guests to review the menu choices but there doesn't seem to be a way to add a simple label field to a form to add some additional text without an associated input field?

Many thanks

Martin

You can use the "Line" field within your form. The line can be disabled so that users only see the caption.
