Adding Pop Up Text Boxes to Image

Hi Everyone! I have a question about adding text box pop ups on an image. I am working on a site and this image is supposed to have boxes that pop up to talk about the starred locations. I'd not doing that anymore, but I'm not sure how it was originally set up so I don't know how to fix it. (see attached Image)

It appears to be working to me.

I did notice an errant line of code that is probably in Page Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection for the page. Please see per-page code injection.

It's below the jquery line and above the style tag.

You didn't ask about this but I found the usability of the map difficult because the hover spots are so close to each other.
