7.0 Mobile — Change Store Category Dropdown text from "Category" to "Brand"

I'm trying to change just the word "Category" on a specific store page (fieldandflorist.com/fragrance) in mobile view. I'd like it to say "Brand" instead. Does anyone know how to target this?
