Use a single GSheet to collect two different forms data

As I understand it the only way SS deposits form data that is connected to GS is on the first sheet only of a spreadsheet.

My test with forms and GS bears this out. There is no setting to alter this behaviour.

Now there is nothing, AFAIK, stopping you from using two sheets to take the data in and then with the magic of App Scripts on G, combine them in some way.
