accepting rent payments from tenants

Im wanting to accept rent payments from my tenants by adding an online payment option to make it easier for them. the issue im running into is different houses have different amounts to pay. 

is there a way to have them login and then see how much is due and the due date?

SS is not suitable for this kind of payment system.

Is it designed to sell products not be a bill payment system.
