On Squarespace, products can have a single unit of sale, which in your case is probably by the pack, which means that pricing will be shown for this unit of sale. There isn't an option to show alternative pricing.

If the site is on a Business or Commerce plan, some custom JavaScript could be written to calculate alternative pricing, such as per sq ft, but to do this, the tile sizes would need to be included in product metadata, such as tags. This wouldn't be small task so you may prefer to continue to do this manually using text rather than a formula.
