Link Post Title to Source URL on Video Collection

I have a collection of videos on my site. I'd like them to link directly to the youtube source when you click on the title or thumbnail and bypass the video detail page. Is this possible?

Blogs have the "Link Post Title to Source URL" feature, which is basically what I need. Hoping there's just a feature I missed, or workaround suggestions, but happy to have a coded solution as well.
