Feedback on my graphic design portfolio

Hello all I am a Graphic designer.
I decided to create my portfolio so I will engage more potential clients.
As this is my first attempt I would like to ask you for your feedback.

Good looking minimilist site, with the header design adding a lot. The page sliding behind the header and going out of foucus is really a nice effect. Your logo adds to it as well. 

Much better than my first attempt, I might also say my current attempt! A few suggestions:

• Have a few write ups on the awards you have won, and why. If the item is in the portfolio have the "click here" go to the portfolio page rather than the award website, because people visiting your portfolio will care more about the piece than the awarding body. (If you see CODA win an Oscar you want to go learn more about CODA not the Oscars Academy 🙂 )
• Have your contact form at the bottom of every page as a call to action. It can still have its own page but people are more likely to contact you if they dont have to navigate elsewhere
• Let your personality shine! (This is something I still struggle with too) You're marketing yourself so let people see you not just the work. Show that you're passionate about what you're doing.
