How to reduce top padding on text block?

I want to reduce top padding on text blocks so the gaps between an image above a text block are smaller than an image below a text block. Here is an example what I mean: https://jonathanmonaghan.com/work/sacrifice-of-the-mushroom-kings/.

Is it possible to freely adjust the gaps between the images and the text blocks?

Target the block id and use the following code

#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1564337925443_5882 {
  padding-top: 0;
}

You can use chorme extension to get the right id
