Custom Checkout Form appearing twice on mobile

Hi there,

I've created a Custom Checkout Form under Commerce > Checkout > Additional Fields to display my Disclosure Statement which is a mandatory in my industry.

It seems to work well on Desktop. However, it appears twice on Mobile and I can't figure out why/how to fix it. The Disclosure Statement is (as you'll probably guess) quite chunky and legal-heavy so I'm not keen to inflict this twice on my clients.

I've tried to disable it and re-enable it, as well as reset the Additional Info field in each product but nothing worked - Disclosure Statement still appears twice.

Any ideas how I can solve this?
