Code block lower than it showed be

In the footer the code block called 'Contact' looks level with the Quick Links block to the left of it. However, when I look it in public view the block is lower. It just started doing this today and I've done very little custom CSS or anything so I'm confused why it's doing this all of a sudden. Any thoughts on why / how to correct it is appreciated.
