Changing Blog Title in Carousel to be Bold & Text Larger

Hi all,

I have a carousel of blog posts and I want the title to be in bold and a text size bigger, at the moment it is all the same sign and not bolded. Is there a way I can customise the style to do this, or is there a custom CSS code I can use? The part circled in attached screenshot is what I want changed.

You mean this?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

div#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1671854349186_13556 .summary-title-link {
    font-weight: bold;
    font-size: 30px;
}

Any chance you might know how to do these with the CSS Code too?

1. Images to be displayed in circular shape, instead of the retangular or sqaure from the options under "Design" of the block
    
2. Move the order of the display layout from "Image > (Blog) Title > Excerpt Text" to "Excerpt Text > (Blog) Title > Image"?
