Menu sub-navigation is blocking my main navigation

Hello! I don't know why when I hover over my navigation, my sub-naviagtion / drop down menu partially blocks my main navigation text. Is there any way to move it down so it doesn't block it? Please see picture attached. I appreciate any help!

@tuanphan I saw a couple of your replies to a similar post, but it was for mobile and the solution didn't quite work

Because you made Nav items line height to 0

Try checking again in Site Styles

Or add this to Design > Custom CSS to reset nav items line height

div.header-nav-item a {
    line-height: initial;
}
