Portfolio Pages - Hover Follow Cursor

Hey, 

I'm having a problem with finding some specific style listed here. I'm currently using free trial to check if I can achieve desired effect. Basically I want to achieve effect called "Hover Follow Cursor" but I can't find it in Portfolio Collections, there is only three of them available there and one similar - Hoover Background. 

My question is, do I need to get full subscription to unlock Hoover Follow Cursor, and if so, which one will be enough - Personal or Business (as I heard Personal doesn't unlock all the style options).

No. Trial Plan still see this option.

First edit Portfolio Page > Next, click pencil to edit Portfolio Section

Next, choose

(I still use Trial Plan)
